• ALL of our basic Virtual Assistance services are performed by team members within the USA.
• All team members have a minimum of 5 years experience performing these tasks for entrepreneurs within their particular field of expertise.

Pricing:

Per hour : ALL services are billed at a flat rate of $35.00 per hour after a one time start up fee of $300.00, which includes:

• Up to 3 hours of initial strategy/consultation/business analysis/masterminding with the team (the better we understand your business and goals, the better we can help you achieve your vision for it!)
• Set up in our accounting system
• Set up in our project management system, with your own login to be able to set up tasks for us, see timesheets at any time during a billing cycle, and know where we are at all times with what you need

Retainer: After approximately 3 months of working per hour or on a specific project, we can determine how many hours you require on average and provide a retainer for you which allows you to better budget for services.  This is the same amount each month.  Should we not work quite as many hours as budgeted in one month, we may work more in another.  We do still track our hours and if we see each month we are consistently under the budgeted hours or over them, we let you know and adjust the retainer.  Hours do not roll over from month to month however.

• Performing keyword research for your business and niche market for your social media posts and profiles so they are highly visible to search engines
• Creating social media profiles which are search engine optimized, or analyzing your existing profiles to insure they are search engine optimized
• Posting to your different social media and ezine article sites
• Performing research for post material
• Writing social media and/or blog posts and ezine articles that drive traffic back to your website
• Create Tracking links to track success via Google Analytics on your site

Your social community is important to your business and takes a great deal of your time to manage properly and we’re here to help you do it!

Pricing:

Each entrepreneur requires different social media needs which range from building social media profiles to creating and maintaining entire campaigns.  We therefore tailor each package to your specific needs.  We therefore don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ pricing structure.
